About the owner
My name is Les Elliott. I have been in business since 2005, and I have over 40 years of experience in the janitorial field behind me. I am also a retired supervisor of Virginia Beach City Schools, with 33 years of experience there.
When you hire Realdeal, you deal with me — not a call center, and not a rotating crew of strangers. The same hands have been on these buildings since 2005. I keep the crew small on purpose, four people I picked myself, so the faces in your building stay the same ones. I walk your building, I put the plan together, and I am the one who answers when you call.
Those 33 years in the schools were spent supervising crews and being answerable for how a building looked when the work was done. That is the habit I brought into my own company: know the standard, keep the crew to it, and do not leave a building half finished because the night ran out.
What I promise is simple. I turn up when I say I will, I clean to the standard we agreed, and I stand behind the work. Over 40 years in this trade means there is very little about an office building I have not dealt with, so the scope you get is a scope that actually gets done.
