Eight services that cover pretty much anything a commercial office throws at you. Mix them into a plan, or start with the one thing that is bothering you most.
Schedules
Pick a frequency, not a package
Frequency is the single biggest driver of what you pay. If you are not sure, we will tell you honestly what your traffic level calls for during the walkthrough.
Nightly
Five nights a week, after your staff leaves. The right fit for busy multi-tenant buildings, medical offices, and anything with a public lobby.
Three nights a week
A middle ground for offices that need restrooms and breakrooms serviced often but do not generate enough traffic for a full nightly clean.
Weekly
Most common for smaller suites and professional offices. One thorough clean a week, restrooms and trash serviced on the same visit.
Monthly or quarterly
For low-traffic spaces that just need to stay presentable. Floor care and carpet extraction usually get added on a quarterly rotation.
