Why us

Reliable crews.
Consistent work.

Most complaints about a cleaning company are the same three: they miss things, they rotate crews, and nobody answers the phone. We built Realdeal around the opposite of those.

What you get

Six things we do not compromise on

Insured, uniformed, accountable

Our crews are insured, in uniform, and the same faces every week. If something is missed, you call one number and talk to somebody who can send a crew back — not a call center that opens a ticket.

Consistent schedules you can plan around

You get a written schedule of which nights we are in the building and what happens on each one. No mystery visits, no weeks skipped because a crew got shuffled.

Floor care most crews will not do

Stripping, waxing, burnishing and carpet extraction take equipment, time, and weekend hours. Most janitorial companies subcontract it or skip it. It is core to what we do.

A written scope of work

Every quote states exactly what gets cleaned, how often, and what it costs. When there is a question about whether something is included, the answer is on paper — for both of us.

Flexible without the lock-in

Start nightly and drop to weekly, add floor work for a busy quarter, or scale up for a full-building event. Plans change as buildings change, and we would rather adjust than lose you over a contract term.

Attention to the small stuff

Door glass. Elevator tracks. Chair rails. The baseboard behind the copier. Fingerprints on the light switches. This is the list people actually notice, and it is the list we check.

Scope of work

In writing, before we start

Every building we service gets a scope of work. It is one document, plain English, and it is the thing that keeps both sides honest. If it is not on the scope, you are not paying for it — and if it is on the scope, it gets done.

  • Which nights we are on site, and the hours
  • Every task included, room by room
  • Restroom and breakroom restock items and brands
  • Trash and recycling handling for your building
  • Floor care rotation and what triggers a project
  • What is excluded, stated plainly
  • Your price and what could change it

How we work

Four rules we run the company on

01

One contact, always the same person

You deal with the owner, not a rotating account manager. That is the whole reason a small company is worth hiring over a franchise.

02

We would rather tell you no

If a building is outside our area, needs a trade we do not do, or has a budget we cannot honestly hit, we will say so instead of taking the work and under-delivering.

03

Problems get fixed, not explained

If something is wrong, we come back and fix it. We are not going to argue with you about whether a restroom was clean.

04

The building gets walked

A supervisor checks the work rather than assuming the crew did it. That is what keeps quality from drifting after month three.

Come see what we mean

Ask for a walkthrough and we will tell you honestly what your building needs — and what it does not.
